Getting started
Enable / Disable app
This will enable or disable the app.
Disabling the app does not clear the configuration.Instructions

Enabling the app
Selecting your fields
Your Urgency field for the matrix.
Your Impact field for the matrix.
Toggle visibility of the available Select fields in the current Project.
Make your selections and click Save
The fields will now be set and 2 new options appear:

Make your selections and click Save.
How to test the app
The app will set Priority when any issue type is created hence you need to ensure the Impact and Urgency fields are on the create screen or set when creating via a request type.
Once the work item is created, check the history for a record showing the priority has been set by the app.
Using the app
This app adds an ITIL compliant priority matrix to your Jira project.
Once configured, the app will automatically update the Priority for a work item based on the selection of Impact and Urgency.
The app will set the Priority field on all issue types on the issue create event.
You will see the Priority updated automatically, and a History entry on the Work Item for the change made by the app.
